Rumors abound regarding the fact that Justin and Lauren are now a pair, and this worries Audrina. Spencer does his best and strives to keep Heidi’s life Holly free.
At Spencer and Heidi’s apartment, both of them have a fight as Heidi was thrown out of her job and she is frustrated that she wants a job and cannot stay at home. Spencer tries lightening up the atmosphere but Heidi is no mood for fun.
At the fashion show for Buckler, Kelly briefs her staff where the male models are already there. Whitney is in deep conversation with Alex and ignores the briefing. So Kelly come up to her and explains that Lauren and Whitney had to manage the men’s show. One of the models asks Lauren out for a date and asks Whitney and Alex to come along to his restaurant where some band would be playing too.
The girls are very happy as the show goes on very smoothly without any major hiccups. Plus they have been invited to a party and that is a bonus.
That night, Lauren and Whitney visit the restaurant where the model had invited them. They meet Adam and his girlfriend Allie, and are later joined by Alex. But Whitney’s eyes are on the band singer Jay and not on Alex. The girls pass the verdict that Jay is very sexy.
Back in Los Angeles, Spencer and Heidi meet Brent at the Ultimate Launch Event, and despite Heidi trying to stop him, Spencer moves ahead to talk things with him. And all he gets is a curt command from Brent to get lost. Heidi, who is distressed due to Spencer, says sorry to Brent, but he again reminds her reasons that she was fired for.
In New York, in the meantime, Lauren is motivating Whitney to get hold of Jay but this news has made Alex quite unhappy as Jay is also hitting upon a very pleased Whitney while Alex is waiting for her. But the dilemma is that Whitney has only six hours left, for her flight to leave. Lauren too has hooked up with a guy, and she advises Whitney to just go and have fun with Jay.
Alex is in angst as Whitney has ditched him for Jay, without even saying a word of goodbye before leaving with Jay. He proceeds to exit too, but in company of some other girl.
