Heidi Montag is best known because of her appearance on the reality TV series ‘The Hills’. Besides being a member of the reality series, Heidi is also a model, a fashion designer and a singer. Heidi was friends with Lauren even before ‘The Hills’ started, that is they both were together from the time of ‘Laguna Beach’. Heidi grew up in Crested Butte. After completing her high school, she shifted to San Francisco to attend the San Francisco Academy of Art. Where, on the very first day of college she became friends with Lauren. The two then moved to LA and took admission in the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising.
After moving to LA, two shared the apartment and remained best of friends for a long time. Soon Heidi stooped attending her classes at fashion school and realized that school was not for her. She then took up a job as an intern at Bolthouse productions. Later, she was promoted to Event Planner. All was going well until she met her boyfriend Spencer, now her fiancé. After she started getting close to Spencer, her friendship with Lauren was always put on the back seat and ultimately it ended when she started spreading rumors about the sex tape of Lauren and her then boyfriend Jason Wahler. This all has been a part of the series ‘The Hills’.
Heidi currently stays with her fiancé Spencer in Hollywood, California. Heidi, who is also a singer, is on the verge of recording an album with producer David Foster. As of 2008, she released two songs, ‘Overdosin’ and ‘The Party’s Wherever I am’. Though Heidi dropped out of fashion school, but still she has a clothing line under the name ‘Heidiwood’. In general, Heidi is liked by people and is quite famous among them.
